Alien Isolation Truama DLC pack screen 1

A new character and three new Survivor Mode maps come with the second DLC for Sega and Creative Assembly's survival game.

Alien: Isolation's 'Trauma' DLC has been released today on Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. Don't worry PS3 and PS4 owners, you get the DLC in Europe tomorrow, and in the US on Thursday. It's the second DLC pack for the game and adds in a new character to be played across three new Survivor Mode maps.

Players take on the role of chief medical officers Dr. Lingard, and all the maps take place before the events of the main game.

The game's website describes the new DLC:

"Racked with guilt and feeling responsible for bringing the creature on board, she holds herself liable for the death and destruction that ravages the station as the Alien is unleashed.

"Wanting to ensure that her research on the creature can never fall into the wrong hands, Lingard sets out to destroy all the data and do as much as she can to help the remaining survivors."

The video below is a 12 minute Let's Play of the new content, so don't watch it if you want to save yourself from spoilers.
