Hull city manager Steve Bruce has been speaking following his side’s 3-0 defeat against Manchester United at the weekend.

In quotes published by the Tigers’ official website, Bruce said, “The disappointing thing for me was the amount of mistakes we made.

“All three goals were the result of individual error and that puts you on the back foot.”

Hull are now 17th in the Premier League and are only outside the relegation zone on goal-difference.

They face Everton on Wednesday and will know just how vital three points are in that match.

In other news, Hull’s development squad were beaten 3-0 by Burton Albion this afternoon. Jacob Blythe and Dominic Knowles put Burton 2-0 up before Blythe completed his brace.

Hull’s next match at this level is on Wednesday December 10 against Gateshead.
