Daley Blind's injury made more than a few headlines when it was wrongly reported that the Dutch midfielder would be out for six months.
Manchester United's summer signing damaged knee ligaments while on international duty with the Netherlands and the club's Twitter account mistakenly announced he would be out for quite some time.
Manager Louis van Gaal quickly put things right and later revealed he had sent Blind on holiday to recover from a setback that in truth should only see him side-lined for a few weeks.
But Blind still has his eye on United's matches despite not currently being available, as proved when the player tweeted his best wishes to his teammates ahead of their match against Hull City.
"Another important game today," Blind wrote, "good luck boys!"
Van Gaal will hope his countryman is back sooner rather than later as United prepare for the busy - and vital - festive period, but the important thing is that he is back to his best.
