CONFIRMED: West Brom and Arsenal line-ups

West Brom - The Hawthorns

Here is how West Bromwich Albion and Arsenal will line up for this afternoon’s match:

West Brom starting XI: Foster, Wisdom, Lescott, Dawson, Pocognoli, Gardner, Mulumbu, Brunt, Dorrans, Sessegnon, Berahino

West Brom subs: Myhill, McAuley, Gamboa, Baird, Anichebe, Ideye, Samaras

Arsenal starting XI: Martinez, Chambers, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Flamini, Ramsey, Cazorla, Welbeck, Alexis, Giroud

Arsenal subs: Macey, Gibbs, Bellerin, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Campbell, Podolski

Arsenal head to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday lunch-time for a match Arsene Wenger’s side dare not lose; although that may be easier said than done.

The Baggies have won just once in their last six league matches and have a disappointing record against today’s visitors, but considering the form Arsenal are in, Alan Irvine’s side will be quietly confident of causing them problems.

West Brom have not scored a league goal in quite some time – 223 minutes to be precise – and this could be the perfect time for Arsenal’s defence to get back to its best after some poor showings in recent weeks.

With Arsenal accruing their worst points tally at this stage of the season for 32 years, this match really could go either way.
