Tottenham's players took to Twitter to celebrate their Europa League victory.
Algerian international midfielder took to Twitter to message fans after playing his first game for the club in over six weeks.
The breakthrough star came off the bench to replace Mousa Dembele early in the second half, and helped Tottenham hold onto a 1-0 lead and qualify for the knockout rounds of the Europa League.
The game also saw a first team debut for Harry Winks, who along with Erik Lamela also shared their delight at the win, via social media.
Tottenham dominated possession in the contest, with 63 per cent, and managed 19 shots on goal to the Serbian side's nine, with Benjamin Stambouli scoring the game's only goal.
The match was interrupted three times by pitch invaders, all three of who were arrested, with the referee even sending the players into the changing rooms in the first half to get the situation under control.
Happy to be back on the pitch and to get the 3points at the lane ! #COYS#STONGER— Nabil Bentaleb (@nabilbentaleb42) November 27, 2014
Unbelievable moment!!, thanks for all the messages— Harry Winks (@HarryWinks_) November 27, 2014
Argentine winger Lamela had a particularly impressive game, attempting six shots on goal and making five tackles, continuing where he left off in the last Europa League match at White Hart Lane.
Bentaleb may not have done enough to force his way into the side for this weekend's game against Everton, but the performance of dynamic matchwinner Benjamin Stambouli was superb.
