PHOTO: Arsenal signing Hugo Keto spotted in action for first time since joining in July

Hugo Keto played his first game for Arsenal under-19s yesterday.

Arsenal took on Borussia Dortmund yesterday in the Champions League winning the tie 2-0 thanks to goals from Yaya Sanogo and Alexis Sanchez.

Even though they had serious injury concerns, especially in the goalkeeper department.

Summer signing David Ospina is injured. As is Wojciech Szczesny. The Pole came off at the weekend against Manchester United after suffering an injury during a collision with his own player Kieran Gibbs. He hurt his hip in the incident and was therefore unavailable.

With that in mind Argentine stopper Emiliano Martinez took to the field in goal for Arsenal. That means Ryan Huddart will come up from the reserves to play back-up goalkeeper.

All of this meant that young Finn Hugo Keto finally got his chance to shine. The talented stopper was signed from under the nose of Liverpool in the summer from HJK Helsinki.

And he made his Arsenal bow in a UEFA Youth League game against Borussia Dortmund last night, in which he kept a clean sheet as Arsenal won 1-0.

The result was ideal for the Finn and it also gave Arsenal fans the first chance of seeing him in action.
