David de Gea (Manchester United)
The Spain international goalkeeper was once again in superb form as he kept the Arsenal attackers at bay until injury time, proving himself a key player in Manchester United’s 2-1 win at the Emirates Stadium.
Daryl Janmaat (Newcastle United)
The 25-year-old Netherlands international has been in impressive form for Newcastle United recently, and he continued that at the weekend with an accomplished display at right-back against Queens Park Rangers.
Paul Dummet (Newcastle United)
The 23-year-old showed his versatility in the same match by playing in central defence. The Wales international had one of his best games of the season and helped the Magpies keep a clean sheet against QPR.
Chris Smalling (Manchester United)
Question marks remain on Chris Smalling, but the Manchester United centre-back had a truly great game against Arsenal, making 16 clearances, winning five interceptions and 67% of his aerial duels.
Joel Ward (Crystal Palace)
Joel Ward had a great game for Palace against Liverpool at Selhurst Park and was superb at left-back. His attacking forays were remarkable, and so were his abilities to keep Raheem Sterling in check.
Christian Eriksen (Tottenham Hotspur)
The Denmark international attacking midfielder was the star of the show as Tottenham Hotspur came from behind to get the better of Hull City 2-1 away from home on Sunday, capping his performance with the late winner.
Mile Jedinak (Crystal Palace)
Australia international midfielder Mile Jedinak was superb against Liverpool and was rewarded for his performance in midfield with a stunning goal.
Moussa Sissoko (Newcastle United)
The 25-year-old France international was brilliant for Newcastle against QPR and scored the only goal of the match at St. James’ Park. It was a complete performance from Sissoko, who bossed the midfield.
Yannick Bolasie (Crystal Palace)
The Palace winger turned Liverpool full-back Javier Manquillo over and over again, and was arguably the best attacking player in the match.
Danny Ings (Burnley)
Burnley registered a rather surprise win against Stoke City away from home, and the star of the show was a certain Danny Ings. The striker scored both goals in the 2-1 victory at the Britannia Stadium.
Diego Costa (Chelsea)
Diego Costa scored yet again for Chelsea as the Blues eased past West Bromwich Albion 2-0 at Stamford Bridge. It was his 11th of the campaign. The Spain international’s movements off the ball and his link-up plays were superb as always.
