According to the London Evening Standard, Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to add wingers to their squad in January.
Mauricio Pochettino has allegedly lost faith in the likes of Aaron Lennon and Andros Townsend, who could be sold at the next available opportunity, meaning there would be room for a new wide-man in his squad.
Spurs have struggled for goals so far this season and Pochettino may be hoping that bringing in a player who can offer better service to his strikers will benefit the team.
Eriksen sympathises with fans
Emmanuel Adebayor may have been critical of Tottenham's support at White Hart Lane, but Christian Eriksen is more understanding of their frustrations.
Adebayor said that the atmosphere at the Lilywhites home ground made it hard for the team to perform, but Eriksen says he sympathises with the fans.
"We always want to win when we play at home and if we don't they are not happy - it's normal," the Dane is quoted as saying by the Haringey Independent.
