Grand Theft Auto V has topped the charts all over again as reports are out that the game has become the best selling in UK history. Also topping the all-format and Xbox One charts, GTA V shows off its popularity again, debuting at number one in the top ten UK PS4 games.
Second and third places in the charts this week are also taken-up by new releases. Far Cry 4 goes straight in at number two, marking this as the best launch for a title in the franchise. Directly behind Far Cry 4 is BioWare’s latest, greatest Dragon Age title, Inquisition.
These three new entries at the top push down last week’s first and second place games; Assassin’s Creed: Unity and Call of Duty: Advance Warfare to fourth and fifth positions in front of this week’s fourth top ten debut WWE 2K15.
This week’s reshuffle sees the rest of the chart movement heading downwards, with positions 7 to 10 taken up by FIFA 15, Destiny, PES 2015 and DriveClub.
Here’s the Chart Track top ten UK PS4 games as of 22nd November:
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Far Cry 4
- Dragon Age: Inquisition
- Assassin’s Creed: Unity
- Call of Duty: Advance Warfare
- WWE 2K15
- FIFA 15
- Pro Evolution Soccer 2015
With most of this year's major titles now out in the open the question remains as to how long GTA V can keep a hold at the top. We’ll be back with next week’s charts to see if any other titles can challenge GTA V’s supremacy.
