Manuel Pellegrini said the duo are in the squad after they reportedly missed training today, as City must beat Bayern to keep their qualification hopes alive.
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that both Sergio Aguero and Stevan Jovetic are included in the squad for tomorrow's crucial Champions League clash against Bayern Munich at the Etihad Stadium.
There were reports the two strikers missed training ahead of tomorrow's game against Pep Guardiola's side, but they are included in the squad, and are fit to face the German champions.
City are without midfielders Yaya Toure and Fernandinho through suspension after they were sent off in the last Champions League game against CSKA Moscow - where a 2-1 defeat left City with a difficult task in trying to qualify for the knockout stages.
Pellegrini told reporters: "We also have important players out. They have a big squad and other players who can play well."
City lost the meeting between the two sides in the Allianz Arena late on in the game, and their manager thinks they were unlucky to come away from Germany empty handed on Matchday One.
He said: "We were unlucky to lose in the last few minutes. But what happened in the past doesn't matter.
"If we dont qualify we will analyse [why not]. But we must play the game tomorrow and against Rome before drawing conclusions.
"It is important for this club to do well in Europe. Tomorrow the team will fight to the end to continue in the Champions League."
City are currently bottom of their group with two points, and are two points off Roma and CSKA Moscow who meet each other in Russia tomorrow evening. With their two rivals for qualification playing each other, this is a must win for City's side. It will not be easy, but not impossible as City have proved with their previous meetings against Bayern.
