Everton and West Ham United lock horns at Goodison Park this afternoon in a battle between two clubs seeking European qualification.

Roberto Martinez led the Toffees to a fifth place finish last term, but this season has been much tougher for the Spaniard, winning just three of the first 11 games to take only 14 points, leaving Everton in 10th place.

Having avoided defeat in their last 13 games against West Ham, Everton have a great chance of inflicting more pain on the Hammers after so much success against them of late, even with left back Leighton Baines out injured.

This is a different West Ham side though, one that is playing great attacking football after a complete change of style under manager Sam Allardyce.

'Big Sam' has been forced into changes today though, with what looks like a 5-3-2 system, with dynamic front three Stewart Downing, Diafra Sakho and Enner Valencia all missing out.
