The move is subject to a medical and he will make the move from the Ryman League side when the transfer window opens in January.
Hull City have signed 19-year-old striker Greg Luer from Ryman League side Burgess Hill Town.
Luer will join the club on January 1 when the transfer window opens, subject to a medical.
The forward is not expected to be a part of the first team squad at the KC Stadium, and is expected to link up with their development or under-21 squad as soon as he arrives at the Tigers.
Luer has been in fine form for his side this season, scoring 10 goals for the side this campaign.
The chairman of Burgess Hill Town, Kevin Newell told their website: “We are all delighted that Greg has made his first step towards realising his ambition to play at the highest level – though our pleasure is tinged with the disappointment that we will no longer have Greg’s talents at our disposal.
"He has been a key player for us this year, and has been influential in the tremendous start to the season we have enjoyed. However, we have always made it clear to our younger players that we would help them progress their careers in any way possible and we are happy to honour that pledge with Greg.”
