Tottenham morning news: £17m outcast Paulinho proud of interest; Levy to meet with fans

We bring you all the latest updates from Tottenham Hotspur this morning.

Tottenham Hotspur outcast Paulinho has admitted his pride that other teams have been interested in acquiring his services.

The Brazilian looks set to leave White Hart Lane after a throughly disappointing time in North London and there have been a number of clubs who have been alerted to his availability.

Paulinho is thankful that he is so in demand and he suggests that a move back to his homeland could be possible in the near future.

“There is an interest from Brazilian clubs, but nothing concrete yet. I’m just glad to have recognition, I feel proud," he is quoted as saying by Sports Witness

“Tottenham invested very big money to transfer me there, but I can either work or not, just like any other player."

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy will meet with fans today to discuss their proposed move to Stadium:MK.

Spurs need to find a temporary home while their new stadium is built and it seems that MK Dons' home ground is their preferred choice.

However, a number of Lilywhites fans are concerned about the decision, as the ground is so far out of London, and these worries will be discussed this afternoon.
