The young right-back dreams of playing for Chelsea or Barcelona.
PSV Eindhoven have an excellent record, as do most of the top teams in Holland, of producing and rearing superb talent through their youth ranks.
One of the key reasons why their systems work so well is down to the chances they actually give their young players. One man who has been the beneficiary of just that this season is PSV defender Joshua Brenet.
The 20-year-old is now a regular at the Dutch club, after making his debut back in 2012.
Nowadays he is considered one of Holland's best right-back talents and is also a part of the under-21 set-up. Which, of course, has not gone unnoticed.
He has been linked with several teams in recent weeks and months but now Brenet himself has made it clear he will be staying at PSV till the end of the season. He wants to win the Eredivisie title with the club.
But he does not rule out a move in the future, with the Premier League a potential destination. As he admits that Chelsea are a team he would love to play for.
"Chelsea and Barcelona are the clubs of which I dream, even from childhood.
"Now I'm in a position where all of that is coming ever closer and I think then that you should strive to realize those dreams."
Chelsea perhaps do not not currently need a right-back. With Cesar Azpilicueta and Branislav Ivanovic around they have plenty of cover.
But one day who knows, perhaps Chelsea will make Brenet's dream come true.
