The 21-year-old has been in fine form for the Magpies in recent weeks.
The Spaniard has netted in each of Newcastle's last three Premier League games, against Tottenham, Liverpool and West Brom.
And, while Pardew feels keeping a clean sheet will be 'a tough call' against Harry Redknapp's R's, the Magpies boss is confident Perez will prove a handful for QPR.
“Ayoze is just setting foot in the Premier League but I have to say he’s done really well so far. I’m pleased with him," Pardew told reporters on Thursday.
“He’s got the wind in his sails and is going along very nicely. He’s been very sharp in training. He’s a threat. If you take your eye off him he’s a predator. I’m sure QPR will be having conversations of how to look after him.
“He’s difficult to pin down, his movement is very clever. He’s a smashing player and is low maintenance. We’re enjoying him on the training ground.”
QPR visit St James' Park at 3pm tomorrow afternoon sitting 19th in the table. It was not too long ago, however, that Newcastle too were in the relegation zone - now they are eighth.
