Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez had an eventual 90 minutes as his Chile side were edged out by Uruguay.
The 25-year-old found himself sandwiched between a number of opponents as he fought for the ball, in a painful looking clash.
He was able to dust himself off, and went onto score Chile's goal in the 2-1 defeat, making it two strikes in two games this international break.
The World Cup star was also involved in a strange row with teammate Gary Medel, who lost it with his teammates conceding a goal, and Sanchez was the only one brave enough to attempt to calm him down.
Goals from Diego Rolan and Alvaro Gonzalez saw Uruguay fight back from Sanchez's opener.
He will now fly back to England to take on Manchester United with the Gunners this weekend, crucially in full health and excellent form, looking to build on his eight goals in 10 games for Arsenal in the Premier League to date.
