Celtic may not be in action because of the international break, but that means that many of their players are away with their countries.
John Guidetti featured for Sweden against France on Tuesday, whilst the likes of Craig Gordon, Charlie Mulgrew and Scott Brown played for Scotland against England.
In today's fixtures, we saw African teams fight for the right to play in January's African Cup of Nations, and that meant that Celtic defender Efe Ambrose was in the Nigeria side to face South Africa.
Nigeria had to win to have any chance of playing in the tournament which they won in 2013, but it didn't get off to a good start against South Africa as Bournemouth star Tokelo Rantie handed Bafana Bafana the lead.
Early into the second half, Rantie made it 2-0, putting Nigeria in huge trouble, and whilst Hull City forward Sone Aluko pulled two goals back for Nigeria, it wasn't enough to send them through, meaning they won't have the chance to retain their African Cup of Nations crown.
It puts manager Stephen Keshi on the hot seat, but he wasn't the figure to blame in the eyes of Nigeria fans, who turned on Celtic defender Ambrose.
The 26-year-old started at right back for the Super Eagles, but was culpable in both South Africa goals, leading to many fans asking why he's even in the side.
Here are some of the reactions from Nigeria fans after Ambrose's poor display - one which is unlikely to get him back in the Celtic side.

It's no clear that Efe Ambrose will spend more time on the bench with celtic because he is just no where near a good right back.— Gbadamasi Benard (@ideyhala) November 19, 2014
Efe Ambrose is really at the dark period of his short career. He's being woeful all calender with Celtic, nothing different with National.— badmus abdul-HAKEEM (@bidmusdruhill) November 19, 2014
