Arsenal stars Wilshere and Oxlade-Chamberlain react on Twitter to England victory v Scotland

Both Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain praised the 'atmosphere' at Celtic Park last night.

England defeated Scotland last night with a fantastic performance at Celtic Park and at the heart of it were three great performances from Arsenal players.

Danny Welbeck put in a tireless shift down the flank, a position he is sick of but always willing to play. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain did much the same down the right. While Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere was man-of-the-match for the second game in a row with a tremendous performance in holding midfield.

Two of them even combined for the opening goal of the game. Wilshere delightfully picked out the run of the winger with a deft chipped pass and Oxlade-Chamberlain did the rest, glancing the ball beyond David Marshall.

The Arsenal boys were clearly happy with their escapades. Both Wilhere and Oxlade-Chamberlain took to Twitter after the game to express their joy at beating their neighbours and to appreciated the atmosphere at Celtic Park which was electric.

Here are the Tweets in question...

Arsenal fans will hope for a similar performance from the trio against Manchester United on Saturday.
