You are closer than ever to getting your hands on Google's latest flagship smartphone, the Nexus 6, because now it is available to pre-order in the United Kingdom, hallelujah!
The new device was announced by Google over a month ago now and was available to pre-order in the US shortly after, but UK fans have had to wait patiently before being able to place an order for this beast of a smartphone.
If you're planning on buying the phone outright then most online retailers have the 32GB midnight blue model available at £499 or £550 for the 64GB model.
There are some pretty good carrier deals floating around though so make sure you shop around before committing yourself into a lengthy contract.
One to look for if you're quick is Vodafone's offer. The network operator's contracts start at £39.50 but for the first 500 orders they are throwing in a free, yes that's right free, Moto 360 smartwatch. That's a deal not to be sniffed at so if you're extra quick you might be able to get in on that.
The Nexus 6's shipping date is a bit unclear at present; Amazon, Vodafone and the Carphone Warehouse say 15th December, 5th December and 1st December respectively, so the only thing you can really be certain off is that it will arrive sometime early in December.
If you don't know the specifications of the new Nexus then here is a quick rundown of what you will be getting for your money.
It will feature a 6-inch 493 ppi display made with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The camera is a 13MP shooter with OIS and is capable of shooting video in 4K. Under the hood it has a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor accompanied by 3GB of RAM. You can't expand the memory on this Nexus but it does come in either 32GB and 64GB and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.
