Grand Theft Auto V has been put through the frame rate tests and appears to come out unscathed.
The day has finally arrived, it's 18th November and you all know what that means, right? It means Rockstar Games' remastering of Grand Theft Auto V is now available for everyone to purchase, or re-purchase. And it means that Digital Foundry have conducted some more frame rate analysis to see how this new version of the game holds up.
If you've played the last gen versions of GTA V you know that whilst it's a great game, the frame rate was pretty poor at times. Digital Foundry's findings basically give the new gen version a thumbs up, as it keeps to its 30fps with only the odd drop here and there. They do mention some 'judder' during gameplay however, which they'll analyse a little more.
Take a look at the Xbox One frame rate video below - a PS4 video is due to follow. But be warned, if you're somehow yet to play GTA V, either on last gen or new gen, this footage contains some spoilers, of course.
GTA V launched on PS4 and Xbox One today, and will arrive for PC on 27th January.
