Hull City defender Liam Rosenior has said he hopes to end his career with the Tigers.

The 30-year-old is out of contract in the summer but the Hull Daily Mail reports that he will open contract talks in due course.

“There will be discussions of where I stand and hopefully I’ll be able to make a decision from there,” Rosenior said.

The full-back has made nine appearances for Hull so far this season, but he is very much back-up when it comes to Steve Bruce’s Premier League starting XI.

In other news, Andrew Robertson has been speaking to Sky Sports News about the upcoming friendly between Scotland and England.

In comments later published by Sports Mole Robertson said, “When I grew up the Scotland v England game was kind of a thing of the past, but we all grew up still knowing about it and knowing the history behind it.

“It will be a great occasion to be involved in and I am looking forward to it.”
