The Manchester United striker was in the crowd supporting his teammates during their 2-1 win.

Radamel Falcao oversaw Colombia in their friendly game with the United States national team in London on Friday evening, where Teofilo Gutierrez scored an 87th minute winner that sent the watching crowd ballistic.

There have been contrasting reports in recent days suggesting a permanent transfer for Falcao is on the cards at United, with others suggesting he still as some way to go to prove he is worth the near £50 million transfer fee he is set to command on account of continuing doubts about his knee.

The Colombian star has missed the last 3 games for Louis van Gaal's side, which has taken much of the difficulty on who the Dutchman should start up front away from the 63-year-old.

But, with the on-loan Monaco man pictured in London as he watched his international teammates seal their late win over the US national team, Colombia boss hinted Falcao could be ready to face Arsenal next weekend.

With the Red Devils reeling from their home defeat to Chelsea in their last Premier League game, the appearance of someone with as much goalscoring firepower as the former Atletico Madrid star is sure to be a huge bonus for the Manchester giants, even if the 28-year-old is only half fit.
