New James Bond film signs Cristoph Waltz for 'significant' role

It's not clear whether Waltz will be friend, foe, or even a little of both.

Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained actor Cristoph Waltz is said to be playing a 'significant' role in the next Bond movie, according to The Daily Mail columnist Baz Bimigboye.

It's not yet clear whether Waltz's role will be friend or foe to Mr Bond, or perhaps even 'a bit of both'.

The new Bond 24 film, which is yet to be officially titled, is being directed by Sam Mendes and has a release date of 6th November 2015.

Waltz will join the current Mr Bond, Daniel Craig, along with a cast that includes Léa Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, and Dave Bautista.
