Rockstar promise the Online Heists mode will arrive across all consoles at the same time.

In Rockstar Games' latest newswire update the developers have confirmed that the long-awaited Online Heists mode is due to arrive with the first update of GTA V, following the release of the PS4 and Xbox one versions of the game.

When this update is due to land exactly, the devs don't say, however they do promise more details about it "very soon".

Whether you own GTA V on the last-gen consoles or you're buying it for the new-gen, you'll still recieve the same update, so there's no worries about console priority there. Rest easy.

Rockstar also talked earlier this week about how fan feedback is important to them, for continuing to the provide free content updates to GTA V, including heists.

The news update also includes the below GTA Online infographic too, which details many stats from GTA Online since it's 1st October 2013 release to 31st October 2014.

GTA V launches on PS4 and Xbox One next week on 18th November, and will arrive on PC on 27th January 2015.
