A selection of the latest stories involving Tottenham Hotspur this Thursday evening.
Serie A side Inter Milan remain keen on Tottenham Hotspur defender Vlad Chiriches according to the Daily Mail, after the defender admitted to Sky Sports that he is unhappy about the lack of first team action he has seen at White Hart Lane so far this season.
Chiriches has made just two appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
A defender is rumoured to be on the club's radar for the next transfer window, and he told TV3: "It has been said many times that the club are looking to sell me - it's not what I have said, it's what the president and the people on the board have said. It would be beneficial for Espanyol that I recover and be [available] in the market."
Defender Eric Dier has been explaining his reasons for pulling out of the England under-21 squad and returning to the club.
Dier has explained to the Tottenham website that manager Gareth Southgate agreed it was the right decision for him to return to the club to work on certain parts of his game.
He said: "I just felt that this two-week period gives me the opportunity to work on parts of my game that I have had problems with over the past two months, personal elements I need to work on both physically and on the football pitch that I think will make me a better player for both club and country in the long-term.
"It is far from a rest. This is a period where I can spend time at my new club and put a lot of work in to improve because during the season these opportunities do not come around too often for Spurs or England because of the number of games we have to prepare for."
