It has been known for some time now but today it was made official, former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes is the new boss of La Liga outfit Real Sociedad.
The Scot had been unemployed since being sacked by United toward the end of last season, after struggling to have an impact in the wake of Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement from the game.
But his record with Everton remained exemplary and the Basque club will be hoping that is the David Moyes they will be getting their hands on.

He has plenty of talent to work with but most of their key men were not present today, as Moyes watched his first training session as Real Sociedad boss.
The ex-Manchester United coach looked on but the likes of Carlos Vela were not present because of international commitments. But there was still plenty of talent around for Moyes to check out as he says 'Kaixao' to his new surroundings in beautiful San Sebastian.
