Celtic's run of six wins in the last seven games leaves them top of the Scottish Premiership as we enter the international break, as Ronny Deila finally starts to pick up positive results after a tricky start.
Their upturn in form has coincided with the arrival of Manchester City striker John Guidetti on loan, with the 22-year-old smashing nine goals in ten games so far.
Recent reports suggest that Celtic want to keep him on a permanent deal, with a fee in the region of £3m to £5m mentioned in the press.
Whilst Celtic may be off duty during the international break, Guidetti is not, as he is in the Sweden squad for their games against Montenegro and France, and he will look to build on his solitary senior cap so far.
Ahead of those games, the pin-up boy of Swedish football, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has been speaking about Guidetti, and has been full of praise for his fellow striker.
"He is leaving it to his feet to do the talking", Ibrahimovic said. "John is doing very well. And that means he has listened. He is playing again and has scored many goals."
"He shows what he can do and that's the way he should proceed. He let his feet speak for themselves. He's done great and that's why he's here with the national team."
"He just has to continue. It [being picked for the national team] has everything to do with how you perform for your club. This applies to everyone, not just John," he added.
Getting praise of Ibrahimovic is huge, especially given that the 33-year-old rarely has much good to say about anyone. Guidetti should at least get a run out for Sweden during these two international games, and if he can impress, he may be considered as the heir to Ibrahimovic in the Sweden attack.
