It hasn't been a kind few weeks for ex-Derby County star Robbie Savage on Twitter.
After exerts from Roy Keane's autobiography telling of how the Welshman managed to talk his way out of a transfer to Sunderland with his 'Wazzup!' voicemail message circulated on the site, Savage has been left red in the face again.
This morning the outspoken BBC pundit asked the internet whether or not he should grow his former-trademark ponytail back, and it went about as well as could be expected.

The fact that most responses are entirely unpublishable on this site thanks to some creative use of language should tell you that Twitter was not open to the idea.
The general response from people was simple.
At some point it did lead to accusations of Robbie Savage being a Bee Gee, though.
Which, of course, lead to a very confused Robbie Gibb, a politics journalist for the BBC, to be dragged into things.
Luckily, one man was able to succinctly – and in publishable language – sum up the internet's reaction: Phil Neville.
The backlash didn't seem to faze Savage, though, as he soon moved on to worrying about who was going to getting excited about watching I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!
