PS4 charts: Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare makes its mark

The UK PS4 charts are kept alive by the arrival of Sledgehammer Games and Activision's latest Call of Duty instalment.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare saw, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare conquered. That's right, the new CoD is straight in to take the top spot from FIFA 15, to ensure the football sim won't spend a third week at the number 1 in this week's charts.

Across all formats Activision and Sledgehammer Games' new CoD addition saw its first week sales actually beat the combined first week sales of other 2014 FPS games - Titanfall, Destiny, and Wolfenstein.

Elsewhere in the charts we see downward movement from all other titles apart from Destiny, which jumped from six to three. And then there's Alien: Isolation which moved all the way from ten to four.

Assassin's Creed Unity, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, and Pro Evo 2015 arrive in the UK this week, so be sure to expect even more of a shake-up in the chart standings come next week.
