The future of Lukas Podolski has been the subject of much debate in recent weeks, but the German international seems to be hinting at leaving the Emirates Stadium.
It has been a frustrating time for Podolski, who has slipped down the hierarchy at Arsenal and has spent too much time warming the bench to be settled.
The Daily Star believes that Podolski's latest quotes are a sure sign that he is preparing to bid the Arsenal faithful adieu.
"I can’t be satisfied with that. We’ll see what happens in January.
"It is hard when you can’t do what you love. I don’t know why that is, you’d have to ask my coach.
"If you can't play then you can't say he's not playing well or he has a crisis if you're not given the chance. If you only come in for 8 or 10 minutes it is hard to get into the game."
Those words do seem to imply that Podolski is considering his options carefully and could be on the move in January.
The problem for Podolski's Serie A suitors will be finding the money to meet his wage demands, which are beyond the average even at top Italian clubs.
