Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare dutifully makes its UK Xbox One chart debut.

It's not really surprising that Sledgehammer Games' and Activision's new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is at number one this week, is it? The bigger question is whether it can hold on to that spot next week, as Assassin's Creed Unity and Halo: The Master Chief Collection arrive this week.

Interestingly, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's sales across all formats beat the combined first week sales of other FPS titles - Titanfall, Destiny, and Wolfenstein - by nearly 14%.

Last week Sunset Overdrive debuted straight in at number one, to take FIFA 15's position. This week FIFA 15 stays at two whilst Insomniac's third-person shooter moves down to three.

All other titles move down the charts this week, apart from Alien: Isolation which jumps up from eight to five. And Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag makes a reappearance at seven.

The top 10 games in the UK for Xbox One, according to the Chart Track games charts as at 8th November 2014, are below:

1 CALL OF DUTY: ADVANCED WARFARE

2 FIFA 15

3 SUNSET OVERDRIVE

4 FORZA HORIZON 2

5 ALIEN: ISOLATION

6 THE EVIL WITHIN

7 ASSASSIN'S CREED IV: BLACK FLAG

8 DESTINY

9 MIDDLE EARTH: SHADOW OF MORDOR

10 TITANFALL
