Former Barcelona star Victor Valdes has Tweeted his imminent return to fitness ahead of a potential move in the January transfer window.
He said: "Great training session Today. Almost Ready! Thanks for your supportive messages throughout these months. They have helped me a lot!”
The Spanish shot-stopper is currently training with Manchester United after departing boyhood club Barcelona in the summer.
The 32-year-old spent his whole career with the Catalan outfit but stated last summer that he was to leave the club at the end of his expiring 2014 contract.
Linked with moves to both Monaco and Liverpool, any potential deal was put on hold as a knee injury sustained towards the end of last season which has subsequently ruled him out of action up until now.
As of 23 October, Valdes has been training with the Red Devils to complete his rehabilitation and return to full fitness ahead of his next career move.
Seemingly keen to secure himself a contract somewhere in January, Valdes took to social networking site Twitter in order to alert teams of his impending full recovery.

United boss Louis van Gaal may offer the goalkeeper a deal at Old Trafford as understudy to David de Gea, though they may face competition from rivals Liverpool should they re-establish their interest.
The Reds are currently suffering in the goalkeeper department as a lack of competition for regular number one Simon Mignolet has had an adverse effect on the Belgian’s performances.
Many observers feel that the 26-year-old, along with the back four, has been the Reds’ Achilles heel this season and it could prompt Brendan Rodgers into making alterations in January.
