The latest Queens Park Rangers transfer news, views and rumours.

Gregor Balazic

QPR could be set to rival Crystal Palace for the January signing of defender Gregor Balazic, according to Ladbrokes News.

Neil Warnock is said to be looking at bringing the 26-year-old Slovenian to Crystal Palace to shore up the Eagles' defence.

But Harry Redknapp has defensive issues of his own at QPR, with Rio Ferdinand's future at Loftus Road currently unclear at the club.

Rodney Marsh

Meanwhile, former QPR and Manchester City man Rodney Marsh is backing the R's when they face the Premier League champions this weekend.

Manchester City have struggled by their high standards this season and Marsh, who played for both sides, wants QPR to take the three points at Loftus Road.

"QPR's my club. I had five great seasons at Manchester City, loved the club and everything about it. But QPR's my club," he told the the west London side's official website.

"I want QPR to beat Man City. Fundamentally, because I want them to stay in the Premier League."
