The national newspaper suggests that City could be open to doing business for the player if the right offer comes in for him.

Everton’s Ross Barkley is cited as a player who could come the other way.

Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany is backing the side in the Champions League.

The Belgian said earlier this week, that it’s his job to carrying on believing when everyone else stops.

“There are internationals between now and our next game in the Champions League. That gives us some time to clear our heads, come back, and see how much we still have to play for. That is what we have to look at,” said the defender.
