West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce does not forget those that put a shift in - you can be sure of that.
And that's why the 60-year-old made sure not to forget to mention the tea lady when accepting his manager of the month award for October!
The Hammers boss was 'delighted' to accept the award and thanked everyone at the club for their efforts.
West Ham currently sit fifth in the Premier League and face struggling Aston Villa tomorrow afternoon. Could there be a better time to be Sam Allardyce than right now?
"I was delighted to be presented with the Barclays Manager of the Month award for October," Allardyce told West Ham's official website. "It is an award I accepted gratefully on behalf of everybody at West Ham, from the owners to the tea lady.
"We all enjoy life more when we're winning football matches and certainly life has become that little bit easier for us all in recent weeks, with the reward being a very nice trophy.
"For me, it was a great month and the players have grown in confidence. The performances have been there all season, bar the Southampton game, but in October we got the results we deserved."
