Banker murder suspect said turned into 'zombie'

Rurik Jutting’s pupils were dilated from suspected blow abuse and he appeared to have used ampheta-mines as a 'livener', an ex-drug investigator allegedly said.

The Daily Star reports that the 29-year-old’s behaviour is said to have worried locals in the Queen Victoria and Old China Hands bars he frequented in the red light district.

The newspaper reports that a former Brit law enforcement officer, who worked on drugs probes in the UK and Far East and drank in the same pubs, said: 'Jutting would come in on Saturday and Sunday mornings in a very bad state. He didn’t know who he was, where he was and what he was doing. Sometimes he would be quite aggressive and confrontational and would upset people by knocking back their drinks.

'I have absolutely no doubt that his zombie-like appearance was a result of drug abuse'.

Sex and drugs turned Hong Kong banker into a 'zombie'

In the meantime, The Daily Mail reports that as police widened their inquiry, it emerged Jutting’s trading permit was revoked on the day he is said to have killed the first of his alleged victims.

His licence was cancelled by watchdog the Securities & Futures Commission in Hong Kong.

A well-placed source told the newspaper: ‘Jutting was frank and honest that the girls died in his flat, and that nobody else was there. But he is adamant he is not mad'.

I’m not mad declares the banker accused of butchering call girls, as it’s revealed that his trading licence was revoked ‘the same day he murdered first prostitute’
