Crystal Palace are interested in signing Slovenian international defender Gregor Balazic on a free transfer in January according to a report from Sky Sports.
Balazic has also attracted the interest of Queens Park Rangers with the report saying that signing a centre-back is a priority for Neil Warnock in the January window, along with a central midfielder and a striker.
The 26-year-old is expected to feature for Slovenia against England at Wembley next week during the Euro 2016 qualifier.
Warnock will be looking to put his own stamp on the side given that he inherited the group of players from Tony Pulis, who resigned because of reported disagreements over transfer policy. They were impressive under Pulis last season, where they finished 11th in the Premier League table after a difficult start to the last campaign under Ian Holloway.
The Eagles are currently out of the relegation zone on goal difference, with the club sitting in 17th place on nine points following Monday night's 3-1 defeat to Sunderland at Selhurst Park, and Warnock will be hoping that new signings could inspire a similar turnaround.
Balazic has so far made 12 appearances for Karpaty Lviv in Ukraine this season scoring four goals.
