Serge Gnabry picks his best Arsenal game so far - Spurs fans won't like the answer

Serge Gnabry Arsenal 2

The Gunners youngster feels his best game for the north London side came against fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Serge Gnabry's notoriously quick rise through the Arsenal ranks have made it seem like an age since he starred for the north London side.

Still only 19, the German's recent injury troubles - from which he has now recovered - have kept him out of action for a while, although he had already broken into the Gunners' first team before the fitness woes struck.

Gnabry was not a regular starter by any means but the youngster did enjoy several fine outing at the Emirates Stadium.

And his favourite to date came against Tottenham. Indeed, the forward feels his FA Cup display against Spurs in January was his best in an Arsenal shirt.

That, of course, was also the day Theo Waclott infuriated Tottenham fans with the infamous '2-0' hand gesture...

"The north London derby is special every time. I was very happy to be starting in that game. There was a lot of pressure from outside and the fans but it was great," Gnabry told Arsenal's official website.

"We played at home and that gave us a lot of hype and I think it was a great game and my best game so far from a personal perspective. I really enjoyed playing in that game. I felt like that from the start of the season - I’ve got quality and I know my role."
