Anthony Reveillere has expressed his delight at helping his new club Sunderland pick up all three points on Monday.
The 34-year-old right-back played the entire 90 minutes of the Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
It was the France international defender’s first game for the Black Cats, having joined them last month on a free transfer.
Reveillere gave a good account of himself and revelled in Sunderland’s 3-1 victory over Palace.
Thanks for all your messages,i'm happy for my first game in the premier league with @SunderlandAFC,happy for the victory and the 3 points— Anthony Réveillère (@Reveillere_Off) November 4, 2014
The win at Palace saw Sunderland move out of the Premier League relegation zone. Gus Poyet’s side are currently 15th in the standings with 11 points from 10 matches, two points above the bottom three.
