Ryan Mason has been one of his team's most consistent performers since he broke into the side in late September, becoming an assured starter for Tottenham following an array of impressive first-team performances.
It has been a remarkable rise to prominence for the 23-year-old, who just last season was plying his trade in League 1, while on loan at Swindon Town.

He appeared extremely comfortable in possession and proved effective when moving the ball forward. He managed two shots in total, while he played one key pass. His achievements also saw him complete more dribbles than any other player.
Mason was ever-present for the Lilywhites, accumulating 87 touches throughout 90 minutes. What's more, he used this control in an extremely positive manner, dictating the play with 65 passes; 88% of which were accurate.
Meanwhile, he weighed in at the back winning an impressive five tackles, three interceptions - a match best on both accounts - and three clearances.
The only negative of his display came during his clash with Villa striker Christian Benteke, for which he was lucky not to be punished. Otherwise, it was another stellar performance from the Englishman.
