As we reach November, Arsenal's Lukas Podolski is still searching for his first Premier League goal.
The German is yet to even land himself a start in the division, but came close to finding the net against Burnley.
Substituted on for the last 11 minutes of the 3-0 win, Podolski almost broke the bar with a crashing shot in which he put everything into.
On Sunday night he posted a message to his Instagram feed addressing his frustration at not scoring, stating: "Let's keep fighting & my time will come."
A goal would have boosted his chances of starting future matches, it could be hoped, although his late winner against Anderlecht last week had no effect.
Podolski also added that he was 'always a Gooner', and appears committed to turning around his poor fortune. With two months until the transfer window restarts, there will surely be opportunities ahead for him to further prove himself to manager Arsene Wenger.
