Harry Kane is catching the eye in Spain with seven goals in 11 appearances.
While Tottenham's form in recent weeks has been a worry for fans they also have plenty of reason to be optimistic about the future - in particular when it comes to some individual performances.
In particular the form of Erik Lamela and striker Harry Kane. The England under-21 international has looked the best striker available to Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham side in recent weeks, putting in a string of good performances leading the line.
He has scored seven goals in 11 games this season, including a hat-trick against Asteras Tripolis in the Europa League.
And it would appear his form is getting him noticed outside of the UK as well.
Because Spanish paper Marca have been waxing lyrical about the talented forward.
The paper has dubbed Kane the 'shining light' of the Tottenham crop, stating:
"His goals and his ambition to play a leading role in Spurs' attack have made this young promise the only good news happening at White Hart Lane this season."
Kane has been in great form, as long as he doesn't go in goal, and to receive such high praise from this respected foreign publication will certainly do him good.
Spanish media rarely have such good things to say about tall English centre-forwards so Kane and Tottenham Hotspur should take some encouragement from the fact that his performances are certainly being noticed.
