Everton manager Roberto Martinez faces his former employers once again as Swansea City travel to Merseyside this afternoon.

The Toffees made a tough start to the new season, but recent form has improved, with last weekend's 3-1 win over Burnley propelling them up to ninth place in the table.

Yet today, they face an opponent who have already beaten them this season, as Garry Monk - who played under Martinez for Swansea - led his side to a 3-0 Capital One Cup win over Everton in September.

The Swans conversely made a blistering start to the campaign with three straight wins, but results have been far more inconsistent ever since.

Last weekend's 2-0 win against Leicester was their first since the end of August, and the hero that day was Ivorian hitman Wilfried Bony, who can become the Swans' top goalscorer in Premier League history with a goal today.
