Chelsea brought in plenty of players this summer who had good form both domestically and continentally last season. In particular the trio of arrivals from Atletico Madrid. Felipe Luis and Diego Costa were signed while Thibaut Courtois returned to Chelsea after a three year loan spell at Vicente Calderon.
The Belgian keeper has since gone on to establish himself as the number one stopper at Stamford Bridge.
Last term he helped Atletico to La Liga glory and the Champions League final. Unfortunately he was on the losing side that night - as local rivals Real Madrid ripped into them late on to win 4-1 in the Champions League final.
Courtois, like every Chelsea player, has is eyes firmly set on silverware this term.
But if he had to choose between the Champions League or the Premier League - he would choose the latter.
He has been talking to the BBC Football Focus programme, as shared on the official BBC website. Courtois spoke on the idea of winning both, but also revealed which one he would prefer if one was the only option:
"I think we have the team to win it so hopefully we can win both. We will see.
"That's hard I think, maybe the Premier League [if I had to choose] would be really nice to win I think. Obviously I played the final last year and lost so I want some revenge for that in the Champions League again.
"But I think if you can be champions then you were the best team from 20 teams for the whole season. If you play against City, Arsenal, United, Liverpool all those teams then the Premier League is a really nice trophy.
"Yes it is really hard to choose, I would rather have both but if I had to choose I would maybe like the Premier League now and maybe another year the Champions League."
