Ubisoft continue with their trailers for the latest Assassin's Creed title, showing something new for the game.
Working within this industry can sometimes be a double-edged sword. Reporting on the trailers for upcoming games will inevitably spoil much of the discovery you hope to have when playing/reviewing said games. Assassin's Creed Unity seems to fall under that category for me. So, be warned, large spoilers ahead.
As you probably already know, Assassin's Creed Unity is set in Paris, during the French Revolution. However, there's also a section shown off in the new trailer which shows Arno running to avoid the collapse of the simulation he's in. Plus a voice warns him they don't know what time period he'll end up in.
Cue Arno dodging an oncoming train, climbing the Eiffel Tower whilst avoiding machine gun fire, and then shooting at aircraft from a mounted machine gun. There are also Nazi zeppelins surrounding the tower, and air raid sirens sounding off. It's all got a World War 2 look to it.
The 'Time Anomaly' trailer is below, watch it if you want to see the new setting in action, or don't if you want to save yourself a little bit more for when you play the game.
