Match to be played on Saturday 1st November 2014 at 15:00. Venue: Goodison Park, Liverpool.
Everton’s victories over Aston Villa and Burnley suggested they have turned a corner while the Swans were on the verge of beating Liverpool in the League Cup only for two late goals to rob them of that particular glory.
As a result they will be looking to bounce back against the Toffees, with both sides eying a place among the European candidates after 10 games played.
Everton injury concerns: Arouna Kone is scheduled to return for this match after picking up a knock while Bryan Oviedo could also feature.
Everton absences: John Stones is out with an ankle injury while Kevin Mirallas is side-lined with a hamstring problem.
Swansea injury concerns: Rory Donnelly could be back for this match if he can overcome an ankle injury while Dwight Tiendalli could also feature despite suffering a recent groin injury. Jordi Amat is looking to overcome a knee problem and his return would be timely.
Swansea absences: Leon Britton is a long-term absentee with a knee injury and Federico Fernandez is suspended following his red card against Liverpool (although the decision has been appealed by the Swans).
