Chelsea, Liverpool, Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur all received good support in a Goal.com poll.
With the latest round of League Cup games over, we now know the quarter-final line-up.
Goal.com has asked fans to vote over who they feel has the best chance of winning the competition and at the time of writing, Chelsea had the overwhelming support with 51.3% of votes from those who took part.
The Blues were not pretty in their 2-1 win against Shrewsbury earlier this week but they did enough to get over the winning line and into the last eight where they face an away trip to Derby County.
Liverpool were voted as the second most likely side to win the tournament with 19.6% of the vote and Southampton weren’t too far behind on 16.7% with Tottenham Hotspur the best of the rest on 5.8%.
Chelsea will fancy their chances of getting into the last four despite the form Derby have shown in the Championship so far this season. Jose Mourinho would have certainly chosen to avoid a Premier League opponent given the choice before the quarter-finals.
