Arsenal linked midfielder Moussa Sissoko made a gaffe on Twitter after an important win.
Rule one of a professional footballer: Remember who you play for. We mention it, because Moussa Sissoko may need reminding.
After his goal in Newcastle's 2-0 away win at Manchester City, Sissoko posted a comment on Twitter, referring to the match as Man City vs Arsenal, rather than his side.
He would delete the tweet afterwards, going onto post a corrected version, but it was too late. Twitter users managed to screen capture it and re-post it, before he amended his error.
Sissoko has been linked with a move to Arsenal in the past, and he is exactly the type of presence the Gunners need.
His gaffe did not go unnoticed by Newcastle United fans, who took it with a mixture of bemusement and good humour.
