Arsenal star feeling positive about his recovery.

Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil continues to talk up his recovery from injury as he works towards a return for the Gunners.

Ozil suffered a knee injury in early October against Chelsea, with initial reports claiming he would be out for 10-12 weeks.

The German international posted a photo on his Facebook page on Tuesday, getting treatment on his injured knee, and commenting that he is aiming for a 'quick recovery'.

How quick he intends this to be is unclear, but if he could even knock 2-3 weeks off his expected comeback date, it would be huge for Arsenal.

What the club don't need however is Ozil's over-eagerness to translate into himself rushing back too early, but the decision will rest with Arsene Wenger and the medical staff.

For fans, it is at least encouraging that Ozil appears fully focused on returning for Arsenal, and can't wait to return to action.
