Continue the Alien: Isolation experience with the game's first DLC pack.
Sega and Creative Assembly's Alien: Isolation came out a few of weeks ago now, and if you've been playing the game you may have already finished it. So, that means it's time for the first DLC, right? 'Corporate Lockdown' is the first of five add-on packs to be released for the game.
Corporate Lockdown adds three new maps to the game's Survivor Mode: 'Severance, 'Scorched Earth’ and ‘Loose Ends’. The maps will give a different view on what happened aboard the Sevastopol Station, showing the events that occurred before the Weyland-Yutani team arrives.
A new character, unique objectives, and a new 'Gauntlet' game mode are included. Gauntlet tasks players with completing all three new maps back-to-back, without dying. Leaderboards are there too, so you can see how good, or bad you are, compared to other players.
The four other add-on packs: ‘Trauma’, ‘Safe Haven’, ‘Lost Contact’ and ‘The Trigger’ will be released at later dates. Each will include a new playable character along with new maps, obectives, and game modes similar to the Corporate Lockdown pack. The Season pass is also available which offers all the DLC packs up to 25% off, compared to buying them all individually.
A 'Let's Play' video of the new DLC from the dev's official YouTube channel is below. Don't watch it if you want to save yourself for when you get to play it.
